In honor of my favorite month of the year and in honor of Valentine's Day, my good friend Mrs. Troop and I are doing a Love Song Countdown for the next 3 days and we are also hosting a Love Day Giveaway!
To enter the giveaway, visit each day between now and Valentine's and leave a comment telling us YOUR favorite love song. Please only one comment per person, per day. There will be two separate giveaways, so enter here and at Mrs. Troop each day! The more days you enter, the more chances you have to win. And since I only have 2 readers,... you've got a really good chance! :) The contest will end at midnight on Wednesday. On Thursday, February 14th, at 8:00 a.m., we'll randomly select a winner. Be sure to include your e-mail so we can let you know you've won! I will be having two giveaways so also include which item of mine you would prefer to win.
I am giving away a brand new copy of the book Love and Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. It is about "the love she most desires" and "the respect he desperately needs". It is a GREAT book and it has had a positive impact on my marriage.
Because I have an obsession and love of new cake pans and I am also giving away a brand new Williams Sonoma Heart Cake Pan. Starting tomorrow we will be counting down our favorite love songs, so join us as we celebrate love and give away cool, free love stuff! So, leave a comment here and then head on over to Mrs. Troop and leave a comment with her also and let us know your favorite romantic song!
"But the greatest of these is love. . ." I Corinthians 13:13
Let me be the first to say I LOVE THAT PAN! But hey, I'm not eligible, am I? Maybe I'll be the only comment and we can just exchange stuff! HA!

Oh, I love the pan! I have the book and have done a book study with friends on it.
I'll tell you the same thing I told "mrstroop"...I NEVER win anything. I have read the book - it is great. I love to cook, so I love the pan. But just on the off chance I might win I will leave a comment. I love the song "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat. I don't know how to attach a song to this (not that smart) but it can be found on you tube. Anyway, hope you have a great week. My e-mail address is "threelilsooners@sbcglobal.net"
ReplyDeleteDid somebody say free stuff! I have too many favorite love songs to name. However I will skip past my "Grease" soundtrack, and my "Rock with You" and "Thriller" albums and my New Kids on the Block faves. And I will start with mine and Darren's love song during our dating years. "Sweet Surrender" by Sarah McLachlan. And yes we did attend Lilth Fair to see her sing it in public-don't ask, that is another story for another day. I can't look up you tube on my dinosaur of a computer. Carla

ReplyDeleteI've read the book. It's GREAT! I LOVE the pan! So cute! I love the song "Beautiful in my Eyes" by Joshua Cadison. It's a song that was on the radio when hubby and I were first married. It's still "our" song.

ReplyDeleteI don't have a favorite love song but my newest love song (That applies) is the song "Ticks" by Brad Paisley. As in, "I would like to check Crazy Daisy for Ticks". If I win the drawing I want the pan. I don't need the pan but I can loan it to a friend.
